About the Council

The Council on Critical Infrastructure

The Council on Critical Infrastructure (CCIC) is an independent research and analysis organization focused on operational technology, industrial resilience, infrastructure security, and geopolitical risk affecting critical industries.

CCIC was established to support more grounded and operationally informed discussions surrounding critical infrastructure security and industrial preparedness. The council examines challenges facing modern industrial and infrastructure environments as manufacturing systems, energy networks, supply chains, and operational technologies become increasingly interconnected and strategically significant.

Our work emphasizes practical risk, infrastructure continuity, operational resilience, and strategic awareness — rather than sensationalized cybersecurity narratives or technology marketing trends.

Mission

To advance informed discussion and strategic analysis surrounding the protection, resilience, modernization, and long-term stability of critical infrastructure systems.
